Three-day, artist-organized happening

ELDRED, NY — Churchill Classics, a classic car service and sales center located at 539 State Route 55, will host a three-day, artist-organized happening over the weekend of November 15 to 17. Selected works will be exhibited by artists Aneta Bartos, Adam Stennett, Marianna Rothen and Noah Kalina, all of whom have moved their studio practices to the Catskills over the last several years.
There will be a private VIP preview on Friday, November 15 from 5 to 7 p.m. (RSVP essential). The opening reception will take place on Saturday, November 16 from 4 to 7 p.m. A coffee reception will close out the weekend on Sunday, November 17 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.

Churchill Classics will have a curated selection of their current offerings of classic sports cars, SUVs and motorcycles on view. Naturalist and botanical mixologist Laura Silverman of The Outside Institute will be creating very special drinks at the opening.

‘Art in Sixes’

NARROWSBURG, NY — The Delaware Valley Arts Alliance will host the 15th annual “Art in Sixes” small-works exhibition from November 16 to December 22 at 37 Main St. In what has become one of the largest group shows in the region, the 2019 exhibit features over 650 small-scale artworks by more than 200 local and regional artists.

The exhibit is free and open to the public. An opening reception will take place on Saturday, November 16 from 3 to 6 p.m.
