Deborah A. Feltrin passed away peacefully at home on March 6, 2018. She was 69.

She was a longtime resident of Shohola and was born in Philadelphia, PA on September 26, 1948, to Gordon Nelson and the late Roberta Anderson Nelson. Deborah was married to Caesar A. Feltrin for 31 years. Deborah was the co-owner with her husband of the Colonial Blue Ribbon Restaurant in Yulan, NY. After selling the restaurant in 1986, Debbie and Caesar worked there together for the following 17 years, where they had the privilege of making many new friends.

She was very proud of being a Playboy Bunny at the Great Gorge Playboy Club. A family statement reads: “Debbie was a loving and dedicated wife, sister and aunt.  She was an excellent cook, loved flowers and animals. She was a hard working woman. She will truly be missed by her family and many good friends.”  Survivors include her husband Caesar; father Gordon Nelson; sisters: Diana Wright and her husband Ron, Lyn Smith and her husband John; nieces and nephews: Rose Chiocchi, Dustin Chiocchi and his wife Kari, Walter Stein and his wife Heather, Jamie Redder and her husband Matt, Shawn Smith and his wife Jen, and Bryan Smith; sister in law Carol Chiocchi and her husband Larry.

A funeral service was held on Monday, March 12, 2018 at the Harrison Rasmussen Funeral Home in Barryville, NY, with burial at St. Ann’s Cemetery, Shohola, PA.
