Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announces the following cases were addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:

ERIC DAVID EDWARDS, age 30 of Moscow Pa, was sentenced to undergo incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 6 months nor more than 12 months for one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M), one count of DUI/Schedule 1 Controlled Substance (M) and one count of Driving while Operating Privilege Suspended/Revoked (S). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay a mandatory minimum fine of $1,200.00, participate in and cooperate with the drug and alcohol addiction treatment in accordance with his assessment, complete the Alcohol Highway Safety Program, and obtain employment within 30 days of parole or provide documentation from a doctor precluding him from employment. The incident occurred on August 8, 2020 in Salem Township.

MICHAEL JOHN NEWFIELD, age 35 of Honesdale Pa, was sentenced to undergo incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 72 hours nor more than 6 months for one count of DUI (M). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, participate in and cooperate with his drug the drug and alcohol addiction treatment in accordance with his assessment, complete the Alcohol Highway Safety Program, continue with mental health treatment and comply with any recommendations for treatment, and maintain employment or provide documentation from a doctor precluding him from employment. This incident occurred on December 24, 2020 in Texas Township.

CHRISTOPHER DAVID VENTICINQUE, age 34 of Moscow Pa, was sentenced to undergo incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 2 months nor more than 24 months for two counts of Retail Theft – Take Merchandise (M1). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, cooperate with his drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment, obtain employment within 30 days of parole or provide documentation from a doctor precluding him from employment, and resolve all warrants within 30 days of parole. The incidents occurred on November 15, 2020 in Salem Township and February 22, 2021 in Texas Township.

JOSEPH MICHAEL COSTABILE, age 37 of Greentown Pa, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear for sentencing.

SARA ELIZABETH HANLEY, age 35 of Damascus Pa, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at court.

JUSTIN KAI LEE, age 20 of Lake Ariel Pa, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at court.

PAUL PASCO, age 23 of Clarks Summit Pa, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at court.

EDMUND LEE CASTERLINE, age 56 of Bangor Pa, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at court.

DAYNA JEANNETTE REIMANN, age 28 of Lake Ariel Pa, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at court.

DANIEL CHARLES ZERAFA, age 44 of New York NY, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at court.
