Two corrections.. The next Planning board meeting is Wednesday July 24th at 6pm. Second, Jeff Spitz does not prohibit planning board members from speaking to the press, as my letter stated planning board members do not represent nor speak for the town/planning and they are advised not to discuss open applications, Letter states...If approached by the media or community members, we do not answer questions as representatives of the planning board. If you want to share your personal opinion about an application I would advise against it but if done you could be asked to recuse yourself from said application depending on the nature of the statement.
