LIBERTY, NY — The Alzheimer’s Association Caregiver Support Group will meet on Tuesday, August 7, from 6 to 7:30 p.m.  at Achieve Rehab & Nursing Facility, 170 Lake St. It is open to all caregivers/family members of people with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias, and provides an opportunity to meet and develop a mutual support system among people who really understand what they are going through.
