MILFORD, PA — On Saturday, March 23 at 11:30 a.m., all are invited to Forest Hall for a Lunch & Learn program on women who make a difference locally.

The conversation will be held with Suzanne Levine, Amy Litzenberger and Amy Ferris, and will cover leadership parity, women helping women and much more.

Lunch & Learn is sponsored by the Grey Towers Heritage Association.

Levine is a writer, editor and authority on the ongoing changes in women’s lives. She was the first editor of Ms. magazine (1972-1988), and the only woman to serve as editor of the Columbia Journalism Review. She is an advisor to media and women’s groups.

Ferris is an author, a writer, a screenwriter, an editor and a playwright. She has written for both television and the film industry. She also serves on a variety of advisory boards supporting women and the arts, and co-founded the Milford Readers & Writers Festival.

Litzenberger has spent nearly two decades in investment banking, and has extensive expertise in corporate finance, including public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and financial consulting. After retiring and moving to Milford, PA., she co-founded Take The Lead, a nonprofit whose goal is women’s leadership parity, and has been actively involved in the board of directors of Kindred Spirits Arts Programs since 2002. She has been co-director of the Milford Music Festival, co-founded a handbag company and served as a director of Dime Bank.

Tickets, which are required, cost $13 to $18.

Lunch & Learn includes a homemade hot lunch.

Note that the space is only accessible via a one-flight staircase. No elevator or ramp access is available.

Forest Hall is located at 214 Broad St.
