A funeral Mass was celebrated February 13 at St. Patrick’s Church in Highland Mills, NY. Interment followed at Kensico Cemetery in Valhalla, NY.

Elaine “Cookie” Bell, 89, of Smallwood, NY, passed away February 6, 2024 at the Care Center at Sunset Lake in Liberty, NY. Elaine was born November 20, 1934 in White Lake, NY. A funeral service was held February 10 at Colonial-Ramsay Funeral Home in Kauneonga Lake, NY. Burial followed at Evergreen Cemetery in Bethel, NY.

Robert ‘Bob’ Sloan Boyd

Robert “Bob” Sloan Boyd, 77, of Alexandria, VA and formerly of Honesdale, PA, passed away January 16, 2024. Bob will be remembered on Saturday, March 9 at 2 p.m. at St. Andrew and St. Margaret of Scotland Anglican Catholic Church, 402 E. Monroe St. in Alexandria, VA, with a reception to follow in the parish hall. Bob will also be honored with a military graveside funeral at Arlington National Cemetery; the date is pending but will likely be in early 2025.
