Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases were addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court on August 29, 2024:

SHANE MURPHY, age 32, of Feasterville, PA was placed on probation for a period of 24 months on one count of Resisting Arrest.

JARED KEESLER, age 27, of White Mills, PA was placed on probation for a period of 12 months on one count of Sale or Illegal use of Certain Solvents, one count of Public Drunkenness, and one count of Retail Theft- Take Merchandise.

CHARANN WEINZ, age 69, of Lake Ariel, PA was placed on probation for a period of 24 months for two counts of DUI- Highest Rate- First & Second Offense.

RYAN MITSCHELE, age 39, Hawley, PA was sentenced to no less than 10 days nor more than 23 ½ months incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Intimidation of Witness or Victim and one count of Obstruction of Justice.

KELSEY NEIGER, age 36, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to no less than 76 days (time served) nor more than 18 months incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for one count of Possession of Controlled Substance, one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, one count of DUI- controlled Substance-Impaired Ability, one count of Int Poss Contr Subst by Per Not Reg and one count of Use/Poss of Drug Paraphernalia.

ALEX KILLE, age 27, Honesdale, PA was sentenced to no less than 6 months nor more than 23 ½ months incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Terroristic Threats.

TIMOTHY WILKISSON, age 57, of Towaco, NJ was placed on Probation for a period of 6 months on one count of DUI.

ROBERT CHAMBERS, age 44, of Lake Ariel, PA was sentenced to no less than 20 days (time served) nor more than 23 ½ months incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Terroristic Threats- Violent Crime with Intent to Terrorize.

TANYA SANTANA, age 46, of Newfoundland, PA was sentenced to 30 days incarceration in
the Wayne County Correctional Facility followed by being placed on probation for 59 months with restrictive conditions on two counts of DUI and one count of Possession of Controlled
Substance.
