My view from the bridge

We continue to gather at sundown, to hold candles and signs in memory of the growing thousands of children killed and for calls for a cease-fire.
The horror in Gaza of so much death and destruction despite, despite, despite—continues.
If we let ourselves see it, really take in what is happening there, we must cry or scream or pound pillows.
It must stop!
Please, every one of us can do something!  Now.
Call.  Text.  Write the ones who represent you.
The President.  your Senators, Representatives,
Do it now.   And again.  And again.
You will feel better, even just a little—each time until it ends.
Let's bombard them with whatever we've got.
And we've got a lot.  Together.
