HONESDALE, PA — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases were addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:
Demetrius Parker, age 37, of Dallas, PA was sentenced to 24 months to 60 months incarcerated in a State Correctional Institution on one count of Assault by Prisoner of facility Employee (F2) and one count of Aggravated Assault (F2).
Brandon Deforge, age 32, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to 30 months to 60 months incarcerated in a State Correctional Institution on one count of Flight to Avoid Apprehension, Trial or Punishment (F3), one count of Resisting Arrest or Other Law Enforcement (M2), one count of Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine (M) and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M).
Christopher Jones, age 55, of Wilkes Barre, PA was sentenced to 4 months to 17 ½ months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Criminal Mischief (M3), one count of DUI (M), one count of Driving While Suspended or Revoked (S) and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M).
John Erickson, age 66, of South Sterling, PA was sentenced to 90 days incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on two counts of DUI- Highest Rate (M1) followed by 60 months on probation.
