HONESDALE, PA — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell on April 4 announced that the following cases were addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:

Kathleen Owens, 60, of Lake Ariel, PA, was placed on probation for 6 months on one count of Retail Theft-Take Merchandise.

Allison Terranova, 44, of Honesdale, PA, was placed on probation for 6 months on one count of Retail Theft-Take Merchandise.

Shawn Diaz, 18, of Honesdale, PA, was placed on probation for 12 months on one count of Theft of Property Lost, Mislaid, or Delivered by Mistake.

Daniel Troiano, 36, of Lake Ariel, PA, was placed on probation for 12 months, which is to run concurrently to an additional 12 months of probation on one count of open Lewdness and one count of Disorderly Conduct.

Cody Russell, 31, of Honesdale, PA, was placed on probation for 6 months on one count of Defiant Trespass and one count of Disorderly Conduct.

Larry Frick, 61, of Newfoundland, PA, was sentenced to no less than 9 months nor more than 23.5 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Recklessly Endangering Another Person, one count of Disorderly Conduct-Hazardous/Physical Offense, and one count of Criminal Mischief–Damage Property.

Allison Korman, 42, of Lakeville, PA, was placed on probation for 180 days on one count of Disorderly Conduct-Hazardous/Offensive Conduct and one count of Harassment-Engaged in a Course of Conduct.
