HONESDALE, PA — Jeffrey C. Lind, of Lakeville, Wayne County, has been charged with possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of selling the drugs.

On September 12, 2023, and September 14, 2023, the Defendant sold methamphetamine
to a confidential informant and an undercover Pennsylvania State Police trooper. On September  14, 2023, the Defendant traveled to Wilkes Barre to purchase the methamphetamine and returned to Wayne County where he was arrested by State Police. 

The Defendant is set to appear at Central Court on September 20, 2023. District
Magistrate Jonathan Dunsinger set bail at $100,000.00. The Defendant is held in the Wayne
County Correctional Facility.
